The annual pass can be used without limitation for 365 days following online registration/activation. Vouchers of all categories are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
For how many days and people is the annual pass valid?
The annual pass entitles an unlimited number of people to any number of overnight stays in one or more double rooms at one or more WTS Travel partner hotels within 365 days of registering the 365 Hotel Nights Pass, provided that the annual pass holder is personally present for every trip.
Do I absolutely have to book at least 4 weeks in advance?
A lead time of 4 weeks (subject to availability) is generally required for "pre-booking process" requests in order to facilitate booking processing comfortably at annual pass rates.

Any additional costs, such as tourist taxes or local fees, may be charged directly at the hotel.
Services already paid for in advance, such as a meal package, do not need to be paid again on site.
Why is the hotel not confirming my preferred date?
At certain times, particularly during holiday periods or times of high demand, the availability of vacant rooms may be limited. All bookings are subject to the number of available rooms at the respective hotel. Hotels provide their room allotments to various tour operators. Therefore, it may happen that the room allotment for vouchers is already exhausted, while rooms are still available through other operators or directly via the hotel.
Why is the hotel or special offer I selected no longer available?
All currently available hotels and special offers are presented on the WCS booking page.
The availability of selected hotels may change at any time due to a high volume of booking requests or other travel clients.
In addition, special offers or low-priced hotel deals may be time-limited or removed entirely due to changes in the hotel program.
What happens if I am unable to take the booked stay?
Please inform our booking department as soon as possible that you are unable to take your booked stay, either via the HelpDesk in your customer account or through our contact options.
You can find the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation as well as in the information for the respective hotel or offer.
Cancellation fees may vary depending on the hotel or special offer. Any potential additional costs are determined by the respective cancellation terms.
I have forgotten my login details or my password – what can I do?
Use the "Forgot password" function on the login page of your customer account.
Follow the instructions and you will receive a new password sent to the email address registered in your customer account.

How is the daily allowance paid?
When can I take advantage of the student discount?
To claim the student discount as a student or pupil, you must be at least 18 years old and submit a current enrollment certificate (including date of birth) from your respective school or a valid student ID (including date of birth). Use the upload field provided with the formats displayed there. You will then receive a discount code at the e-mail address you provided. This discount code is non-transferable. In case of non-compliance, the affected
voucher will be blocked.
How is the meal fee paid?
The meal fee is collected in the name and on behalf of the respective partner hotel, either by WCS itself acting as an authorized collection agent or by the processing partner identified to the customer in text form prior to completion of the booking. The customer will receive a separate invoice for this purpose.
