Who is WCS?
Behind our HotelPass lies an experienced partner in the field of hotel vouchers and flexible hotel concepts: WCS – World Consulting Service Ltd. Inc.
Based in Wilmington, Delaware (USA), WCS is the issuer of the hotel vouchers and annual passes upon which the HotelPass is based, and serves as the interface to the participating partner hotels. The company provides the technical infrastructure for the registration of HotelPasses and acts as an intermediary between the HotelPass holder and the partner hotel during the subsequent booking process.
The concept developed by WCS follows a simple approach: Participating hotels provide special room allotments for HotelPass guests. This allows existing hotel capacities to be utilized and offers HotelPass holders attractive opportunities for their hotel stays.

WCS – World Consulting Service Ltd Inc. provides the hotel voucher system, the registration and booking infrastructure, as well as the connection to the participating partner hotels.
Transparency during booking too
The participating hotels can be viewed even before purchasing and registering the HotelPass. This allows you to get an idea of the available hotels and options for yourself before making a decision.
After registering and activating your HotelPass, two booking options are available to you, depending on the respective partner hotel:
Hotels bookable directly
Available dates can be selected and booked directly.
Hotels with booking request
You first submit your desired travel period. WCS verifies availability with the respective partner hotel and then provides you with the corresponding feedback or booking confirmation.
WCS acts as an intermediary for the specific hotel booking. The accommodation contract itself is concluded directly between you and the respective partner hotel.
