With Gutscheinreisen24, we want to make hotel stays more flexible, simpler, and above all, more attractive. Instead of paying the regular room rate for every overnight stay, you purchase your HotelPass once and can then – depending on the chosen variant – use the participating partner hotels at special HotelPass rates.

Why HotelPass?
Because we believe that a hotel stay does not have to start with a high room rate.
The HotelPass concept is based on a simple idea: participating hotels provide special room allocations for HotelPass guests. The cost of the accommodation itself is covered by your HotelPass. At the respective hotel, you additionally book the mandatory meal package per person per night.
This creates a partnership from which both sides benefit: hotels gain additional guests and can make better use of existing capacities – and HotelPass holders receive the opportunity to experience selected hotels at particularly attractive rates.
We focus on transparency. The respective meal package is visible before the actual hotel booking, and you can already view the participating partner hotels before deciding on a HotelPass.
Flexibility that suits you
A HotelPass should not dictate how you travel.
That is why the overnight stays of our 3, 7, and 14 Nights HotelPasses can be flexibly distributed across different stays and participating hotels within the validity period. There is no mandatory minimum number of nights per stay.
And because a HotelPass is also a special gift idea, your pass is not personalized at first. You can give it as a gift or pass it on to another person before registration.
After activation, the 3, 7, and 14 Nights HotelPasses are valid for 60 months – leaving you plenty of time to use the HotelPass when it really suits your plans.
Those looking for even more freedom can opt for the 365 Nights HotelPass: 365 days from activation, with no fixed limit on overnight stays and no fixed limit on the number of people traveling with the registered holder. The requirement is that the registered holder must accompany the trip during the respective stays. All bookings are naturally subject to the availability of the participating hotels.
A strong partner in the background: WCS
A concept like the HotelPass requires more than just a good idea. A functioning hotel network, experience, and reliable processes are crucial.
That is why we work with World Consulting Service Ltd Inc. (WCS).
WCS is the issuer of the underlying hotel vouchers and annual passes and provides the network of participating partner hotels as well as the infrastructure for registration and hotel booking.
After registering your HotelPass, two paths are available to you for making the actual booking – depending on the respective partner hotel:
Hotels bookable directly
Here you can select available dates directly and complete your booking.
Hotels with booking request
Here you first submit your preferred dates. WCS checks availability with the respective partner hotel, and you subsequently receive corresponding feedback or a booking confirmation.
WCS acts as an intermediary for the actual hotel booking. The actual accommodation contract is concluded directly between you and the respective partner hotel.

We sell your HotelPass on behalf of the issuer and remain available to you even after the purchase.
Because for us, good service does not end with the order confirmation.
